Access to electronic filing formalitiesTo access the electronic filing formalities on the RCS website, you need to have a "Luxtrust certificate" user account. Only a person authenticated by the RCS with a digital Luxtrust certificate has the right to electronically file documents with the RCS. If you already have a Luxtrust certificate, the process for creating your user account is automatic and your user account can be used immediately. No access request form needs to be completed in order to create your user account.

Formatting of company profilesCompany profiles may be issued electronically or on RCS headed paper. You can order a company profiles both electronically and on headed paper via the RCS website. The electronic company profile can be ordered and issued via the website. The paper documents can be ordered via the website and will be sent to you by mail from the services of the RCS. The electronic company profiles are issued and signed electronically. The Manager of the Trade and Companies Register only guarantees the authenticity of the origin and the integrity of the information on a company profile regarding the information recorded at the Trade and Companies Register if the company profile includes an electronic signature issued by the Manager of the Trade and Companies Register.

The negative certificateA negative certificate regarding a person registered with the RCS is a document issued by the services of the RCS testifying that no court ruling was recorded at the RCS for this person.

Notification emailBy default, the email address you entered in your personal data (« My account ») is the one which will be used. You can however indicate another email address while you place your order. You can also modify your email address for an existing subscription on the page “My subscriptions” from the menu “My personal area”.

Key informationThe “Key information” service provides you with a structured report on the key information of an institution. It is issued by the register of the selected institution. To order it, just click on "Add to cart” on the screen “Detail of the institution” and validate your order. You can view the report via the menu "My orders". This service is provided by all members of the EBR network.

Documents created using PDF Creator 3.x are causing technical issues on electronic filings. If you are using this software, please stay with version 2.x for PDF conversions. Documents created with version 3.x will be blocked at upload.

Please note that the RCS has changed the menu « My payments » on December 5, 2017. Thus, only documents (payment receipt, purchase order, etc.) of the last 6 months will be proposed on the website of the RCS from this date on.
